The staff are nice and honest. the breakfast is rich and excellent, with options like porridge and pancakes. - the hotel is centrally located, close to attractions.

Booked a room with spacious bathroom. The breakfast had variety of good food and drinks.

The room we rented was big enough (triple room) and clean. The hotel has a water pool and a sauna, features a cold vertical shower (our daughter enjoyed it after sauna). You get a free towel in the pool. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Good number of parking places (there is always enough room to park in the lower parking zone if the upper one is occupied. There is a kettle in the room just in case if you want to have tea or coffee. The location is good if you want to have a look at Galway, Moher cliffs and Connemara (do not expect to see anything around the hotel but sport pitch).

We had to wait for our room to be ready for twenty minutes even though we arrived two hours later than the check-in time. The triple room is connected by a double door with another room. First night we could hear a lot of noise from the neighbour room (phone conversations, a chid crying and shouting, loud talk between adults). Even though the windows sound insulation is good enough the noise from another room may prevent you from sleeping. There is a bit of dust in common areas in the hotel. Wi-fi did not work on the second floor so we were left without internet however the staff offered a free phone call if we needed it. The matress on the double bed needs replacement because we felt sleeping like in a crater rolling to the middle.

The breakfast served here at 10:25 in the bar was absolutely superb and lovely, and the location was particularly good in the town center.

The room was very spaceous and clean and the food in the bar was excellent.

We found the decor luxurious and attractive. The staff were all very professional and helpful. We did not have time to use all of the facilities as we arrived late and left early next day. The evening dinner was excellent and the dining room restful and quiet. Breakfast was varied and well presented.

This place has a great location near the Cliffs of Moher, the breakfast is delicious with pancakes and porridge, you won't be let down.

Perfect central location nestled in the mountains, making you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, especially in the evening. 🌄 the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming across all departments.
